Do I have to pay shipping on an exchange item?
The item(s) requested for exchange will be sent to you free of shipping charges. You will need to pay the shipping fees to return the item(s). We do offer our "Return Label" as a return option. Return Label can simplify the return process and save you a trip to the post office ($10.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping fees). Please note: You will receive a Return Label on applicable items only.
